You Don't Need a Bigger Plan. You Need a Deeper One.

Most women I meet in my coaching work aren't lacking ambition. They're not short on skill, or drive, or results. They've built careers that look, from the outside, like exactly what success is supposed to look like.

And yet…

They come to me with a version of the same quiet question: Why doesn't this feel like enough?

Not "what's wrong with me." Not "how do I fix this." Just: something in me knows there's more alignment available, and I don't know how to find it alone.

That question is the actual starting point of private coaching. Not crisis. Not burnout. Just a woman who's ready to stop managing her career from the outside in, and start leading it from the inside out.

Overthinking Isn't a Character Flaw. It's a Missing Structure.

Here's what I've seen across 20+ years of leadership, and now across hundreds of coaching hours: overthinking isn't a personality trait. It's what happens when someone is highly capable, deeply self-aware, and missing a container to think inside of.

Without that container, every decision gets re-litigated. Every opportunity gets weighed against ten invisible criteria you've never actually named out loud. You circle the same questions about your next move, your worth, your boundaries, your calling, and you circle them alone, at 11pm, without a thinking partner who can see your blind spots.

Private coaching is that container.

What Private Coaching Actually Builds

This isn't about pep talks or accountability check-ins. It's a weekly practice built around three things:

Self-alignment — getting radically clear on what you actually want, separate from what you've been trained to want ✅ Self-agency — building the internal trust to act on that clarity, even when it's unfamiliar or unpopular ✅ Whole-person leadership — leading your career and your life as one integrated thing, not two competing jobs

Most career advice treats these as separate problems. Get a coach for the promotion. Get a therapist for the burnout. Get a retreat for the meaning. Read a book for the confidence.

But you're one person. Your overthinking at work and your overthinking about your worth are not two different issues. They're the same nervous system, asking the same question in different rooms.

Private coaching works because it holds the whole person, not just the resume.

What Changes

Women who work with me privately don't just get clearer on their next career move. They get a different relationship with their own mind. They stop outsourcing their confidence to outcomes. They start making decisions from clarity instead of from fear of getting it wrong.

They learn to notice the moment overthinking starts, and they have a practice for coming back to themselves instead of spiraling further out.

That's not a soft outcome. That's the actual infrastructure behind every meaningful result they go on to create, in their work and in their life.

This Is the Work I Do Best

I built my practice around one belief: you don't have to choose between a thriving career and a fulfilling life. You can lead in a way that fuels both.

Private coaching is where that belief becomes a weekly practice. One hour, one week at a time, with someone who's spent two decades in high-stakes leadership and knows exactly how it feels to build a life that looks right on paper and doesn't feel aligned in the body.

I'm opening a small number of spots in my private coaching practice right now. If you've been circling the same questions about your career and your alignment for longer than you'd like to admit, I'd love to talk with you about what deeper support could look like.
