Hi, I’m Robynne

I’m a leadership coach for women who are ready to create meaningful results in life and business without overthinking every move along the way. My mission is to help women live self-led lives.

The women I work with are capable, driven, and ready for more. They may be growing a business, navigating a career transition, leading at a higher level, or rethinking what success means to them now. Often, the real work is separating what they truly want from the “shoulds,” expectations, and conditioning they’ve carried for years.

That’s where coaching can be powerful.

I help clients see patterns that are difficult to recognize from the inside out, challenge the thoughts and beliefs that keep those patterns in place, and build the self-trust to take consistent, imperfect action. Together, we do the inner work that makes joyful and fulfilling results out in the world possible.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years in corporate leadership in the large-scale events industry, ultimately serving at the VP level. I sold and produced multimillion-dollar events for top brands, then oversaw the large teams responsible for bringing those complex projects to life. I know what it means to make high-stakes decisions, manage risk and complexity, and deliver at the highest level.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Transformative Leadership from California Institute of Integral Studies and am certified through both The Life Coach School and Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Coach Training.

My approach is grounded in non-judgmental curiosity. My work incorporates our multiple ways of knowing: intellectual, somatic, intuitive, and subconscious. Over the course of our work together, I’ll teach you functional tools to coach yourself acr.

As a queer woman, questions of identity, belonging, and living according to your own values are deeply personal to me. That perspective is part of what I bring to helping women create lives and careers that feel genuinely their own.

I offer private coaching in person in Portland, Oregon and virtually.
