I coach women leaders out of overthinking and into meaningful results in life and business.

Together, we’ll do the inner work that makes joyful and fulfilling results out in the world possible. You’ll build skills to manage your thoughts, tap into your body compass, and realign with your essential self.

As a certified life coach with a masters degree in Transformative Leadership from CIIS in San Francisco, I approach every coaching interaction from a place of non-judgemental curiosity. We’ll focus on what you want to achieve and I’ll support you with valuable tools to help you chart your desired course and plan for obstacles in advance.

Over the course of our time together, you’ll be learning functional tools to coach yourself. These are valuable strategies you will utilize throughout your lifetime as you shift into more ease, confidence and joy around the decisions you make.

I offer private coaching in-person in Portland, Oregon as well as online.
